As the PMC, we ensured seamless collaboration between the design team, contractors, and all stakeholders. This facilitated efficient decision-making and timely project execution. The selection of materials prioritized aesthetics, durability, and functionality. This included high-grade finishes for flooring, countertop, wall treatments, fixtures and wood.

Emphasis was placed on employing skilled craftsmen to ensure meticulous execution of all design elements. This resulted in a space that reflects a high level of attention to detail. The project timeline was closely monitored, and proactive steps were taken to address any potential delays. The chosen finishes were carefully selected to create a cohesive visual narrative that aligns with the overall concept of HALO Bar & Kitchen.
