The pent house presented with a subtle tone of texture color's along with wood finished fabrication and stone cladding to make it form a contemporary style of design.

By maintaining terrace garden throughout the terrace to keep the area ever fresh, and a broad overhanging roof provides shade from the intense summer sun.
