This space is carefully detailed for creating a party and relaxing area with terrace garden in it and panoramic views of the city beyond. The pent house presented with a subtle tone of texture colors along with wood finished fabrication and stone cladding s to make it form a contemporary style of design.

By maintaining terrace garden throughout the terrace to keep the area ever fresh, and a broad overhanging roof provides shade from the intense summer sun. to provide expansive views of the KBR park a separate fabricated roof is created.
